If you have to wait for an avalanche to clear on Lizard Head Pass, might as well make the best use of your time – get the skins out and split it up the mountain.
Worth it.
Even though we didn’t get first chair at Telluride, there as still plenty left of that 14 inches of freshly fallen snow from the night before.
All in all, it was worth the trip to Telluride. Rode fresh pow until last chair at 4:00 pm and got some damn good pizza at Brown Dog Pizza. Kyle went with the Brooklyn Bridge and I went with the Parma Italia. The Brooklyn Bridge was definitely the way to go. Love finding these spots during new adventures.
